INFORMATION PRIVACY & INTEGRITY

Privacy Policy

Your worship and reading habits belong between you and your Creator. Here is how FALQ protects your privacy.

1. Client-Side Only Storage

All your reading preferences—such as active bookmarks, last-read Surah and Ayah, font sizes, and Tasbih counts—are stored strictly within your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.

2. Zero Advertising & Zero Commercial Trackers

FALQ contains no third-party marketing pixels, no social network trackers, and no advertising network beacons. We do not monetize user data or sell browsing patterns.

3. Location Information (Qibla & Prayer Times)

When you use the Qibla Compass or Prayer Times tools, location permissions are requested only upon your explicit action. Your GPS coordinates are processed entirely inside your browser to compute astronomical angles and are never stored on our database servers.

4. Server Logs & Analytics

Our edge servers collect standard, non-identifying technical logs (IP address, user-agent, request timestamp) strictly for operational uptime, security protection, and DDoS prevention.
